Gai Lan, also known as Kai Lan or Chinese Kale, as a microgreen. Small and crunchy with a bright and slightly spicy taste, similar to a mustard. A rich source for your daily antioxidants. We find it to be a great addition to slightly spice up salads, cooked meals, sandwiches, wraps or tartine toasts.
Packed in a container made from 100% recycled materials, that is resealable and reusable. Our Gai Lan microgreen is grown in our indoor, controlled-environment, urban farm under perfect climate temperatures specific to this microgreen.
Place the microgreens on a paper towel at the bottom of the container to prevent too much moisture in the container.
