Baby Kale is a better Kale. It's our small leaves that are selected and grown this way to include more taste and be easier to cook with. We harvest this kale before the bitterness kicks in. It has an earthy taste, a hint of sweetness, and a surprise crunch. Baby kale has sturdy leaves, with bumpy texture and a mid-sized stem.
Best for salads, pastas, meat dishes
Avoid extra moisture to be stuck with them in a bag. Wrap the bunch in a paper towel. Store in 5 °C
