Future Fresh Genovese Basil and Pea Shoot (Dou Miao) Pesto
INGREDIENTS
- 1 pack Future Fresh Genovese Basil
- 1 pack Future Fresh Pea Shoot (Dou Miao)
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 lemon, juice and zest
- 1/4 cup english walnuts
- 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
PROCEDURE
- Add everything to a food processor or high-powered blender. Blitz until well combined.
- Store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator.
