Future Fresh Kani Salad Wrap

Ingredients

  • 200 g Kani Crabsticks, sliced
  • Sliced mangoes
  • Future Fresh Salanova Lettuce  Mix
  • Future Fresh Radish Microgreens
  • Carrots
  • Cucumber 
  • Microgreens
  • Nori Sheets
  • 1/4 cup Japanese mayo
  • 1 tsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Soy Sauce
  • Sesame Seeds

Procedure

  • In a large bowl, mix together Japanese mayo, Lemon Juice, Soy Sauce, Sesame Oil and Seeds. 
  • Add Kani Crab sticks and mix well. Set Aside.
  • Place your tortilla wrap on a plate and spread some Japanese Mayo.
  • Arrange Future Fresh Salanova Lettuce  Mix leaves at the middle of the wrap.
  • Add kani mixture, cucumber, carrots, mangoes and Future Fresh Radish Microgreens
  • Roll to make the wrap and cut in half.
