Baby Kale & Coriander Salad Bowl with Pistou Dressing

 

INGREDIENTS

For the Pistou (just like the pesto sans the nuts and dairy):

  • 2 cups Future Fresh Basil
  • 1/4-1/2 cup EVOO 
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 drops DoTERRA lemon essential oil
  • Salt & pepper

PROCEDURE

  1. Combine all salad ingredients in a  bowl.
  2. Blend all pistou ingredients using a high speed blender.
  3. Drizzle Pistou Dressing on top
