Gremolata with Future Fresh Italian Flat-leaf Parsley

PROCEDURE

  1. Chop the parsley until it is nearly finely chopped.
  2. Using a Fine-toothed grater, grate the garlic clove over the parsley.
  3. Using the same grater, grate just the zest from the two lemons on top of the garlic.

  4. Continue to chop the parsley, mixing in the garlic and lemon as you go, until the parsley is chopped very fine.
