Quick Vegan Carbonara with Future Fresh Baby Kale



  • 50 g Future Fresh Baby Kale
  • Handful of Mushrooms⠀
  • 1 can of Green Beans (or A Handful of Frozen)⠀
  • 1 Large White Onion⠀
  • 1 Tbsp Pounded Garlic⠀
  • 1 tsp Sage⠀
  • 1 tsp Thyme⠀
  • ⁣1 tsp Garlic Powder⠀
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper⠀
  • 2 Tbsp #Nooch
  • 1 Tbsp Knorr Seasoning (or to taste)⠀
  • 1/2 Cup Soy Milk⠀
  • Pinch of Mustard Seed Powder⠀
  • Salt and Pepper To Taste⠀


  1. Saute Onions and Mushroom until Onions are Translucent ⠀
  2. Add Garlic, Sage, Thyme, and Cayenne Pepper. Saute until you smell the spices.
  3. Put in the Soy Milk and Nooch with the Garlic Powder and Knorr Seasoning. Let it simmer. ⠀
  4. Taste if it needs S&P⠀
  5. After the sauce bubbles, reduce heat and add @gofuturefresh Kale and Green Beans.⠀
  6. Stir for 1 minute or less, then turn off the heat. ⠀
  7. Before serving, add the Mustard Seed Powder to activate the Kale’s Sulforaphane. ⠀
  8. Serve and Enjoy!⠀
