Vegan Chik’n Noodle Soup with Future Fresh Baby Kale


  • 100 grams Future Fresh Baby Kale 
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
  • 4 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 tsp Ginger
  • 1 Red Onion
  • Splash of Mirin
  • 300 grams Ground Beef
  1. Sauté onion and Ginger with turmeric, s&p, and a splash of mirin
  2. When onions are already translucent, sauté garlic until tender.
  3. Add water. Add s&p if needed
  4. Add vegan noodles. When they’re about done, add spinach and kale!
  5. Serve
