Vegan Chik’n Noodle Soup with Future Fresh Baby Kale
- 100 grams Future Fresh Baby Kale
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
- 4 Cloves Garlic
- 1 tsp Ginger
- 1 Red Onion
- Splash of Mirin
- 300 grams Ground Beef
Sauté onion and Ginger with turmeric, s&p, and a splash of mirin
When onions are already translucent, sauté garlic until tender.
Add water. Add s&p if needed
Add vegan noodles. When they’re about done, add spinach and kale!
