Whipped Feta with Future Fresh Genovese Basil and Radish Microgreens
Ingredients
- Future Fresh Genovese Basil
- Future Fresh Radish Microgreens
- Equal parts feta and cream cheese (Greek yogurt is a healthy alternative) room temperature
- 2 tablespoons @gofuturefresh radish micro greens
- 1 clove garlic minced
- olive oil + extra for drizzling
- lemon juice to taste
- salt & pepper to taste
Procedure

Mix room temp feta and cream cheese with wire whisk attachment until they're combined.

Add the rest of ingredients and mix until everything is well combined.

Serve with a drizzle of olive oil, dash of freshly ground pepper and more herbs on top.
